An initial module « The performing organization » ® will review best practices across industries to reach a high-performance organization. 4 main competencies are covered in our training catalog: strategy, project management, change management & leadership, process management. Trainings focus on practical exercises on provided templates & tools. Workshops facilitate team brainstorming on important strategic topics such as business model and value innovation, portfolio management, change management and process management. Modules are kept short (typically half a day) so that they can be assembled based on the customer needs in the most flexible way. Most aim at improving your cost competitiveness, but some are focused on developing your innovation potential (in dark yellow/orange).
